Based on the operation and maintenance training platform, the system conducts virtual training for robot operation and maintenance through a modular training method. It includes five modules: industrial robot operation safety protection, robot installation, industrial robot operation and programming, industrial robot system maintenance, and competition simulation training.
(1) Master the disassembly and assembly procedures for components such as the base, upper and lower arms, wrist, and control cabinet; become familiar with the specifications of each part and the use of corresponding tools;
(2) Be able to complete manual disassembly and assembly operations in accordance with specifications, and understand key processes such as anti-loosening adhesive application and symmetrical disassembly;
(3) Verify proficiency in disassembly and assembly through assessments, and acquire basic practical operation and safe operation capabilities for industrial robot disassembly and assembly.
